THE SQUAD

The Seven Towers Compteitive Squad 2018/19 season

At Seven Towers we have one competitve squad. The club adapted this strategy four years ago in order to develope the club in a five year plan. We have the club numbers for several squads however that would take away from the strength and depth of our compeitive squad, which we endeavour to make stronger each year. We believe in developing the strongest squad possible to represent the Ballymena Area. Each squad member must compete for their position, their position is not gauranteed match to match, only the clubs top performers will gain a position in the squads starting 7 each match. Our squad members are not called Power Towers for nothing. There is a series of fitness tests they must excel in each week, aswell as perform netball to a high level. When you get called up to become a Power Tower and represent your Ballymena Area, it is a priviledge and honour.

Seven Towers Netball Club is home to high quality, compeitive netball. However should you not wish to play in the compeitive leagues, we do have social netball for you to enjoy. We have several coaches within our club infrstructure. We have our Head coach, Junior Coach, Junior Assistant Coach and our general coach to assist where needed. Our club recevies the very best in coaching quality. Every match is followed wth indepth statistics and performance analysis of the team and individual performance so we can highlight what was positive and what still needs worked on. Power Towers who Excel

Here at Seven Towers Netball Club, we are delighted to say we have four International Power Towers. It is the biggest honour and accolade of any sport, to be chosen to represent your country. We are very proud of our members who manage to obtain this level of Netball. Big well done and congratulations to our four International Power Towers.
